The system architecture is kept modular and flexible because we aren’t tied to a single standard. If your organization has a preferred technology you’d like to keep using (e.g. encrypted radio, control interface), we can adapt our designs to meet your needs.
Tethered operations
The Defender X4E is also designed to be optionally tethered for long duration surveillance and relay needs. Capable of being powered by either a generator or large battery bank, it can remain airborne almost indefinitely as long as power is provided.

Essentially a flying Swiss Army knife, it’s flexible and easily adapted to any requirement you may have. With a payload capacity of up to 5lbs, over an hour of endurance with camera only, and folding arms for compact storage and transport, it’s designed to meet your needs.
